It being the 3rd new truck I’ve purchased from them in the last few years. I wanted to relocate the spare tire from inside the bed to underneath the truck. Called the dealership at the end of the second day to find out that the recall had been fixed, but the other three service tickets items had not been addressed or even looked at. Poor communication and customer service. We will have the car fixed other places in the future, and just leave Doug Smith to the recalls.HEATH L
