SPANISH FORK, UT | 2025 Chevrolet TrailblazerJuly 30, 2026I took my car in because it makes a grinding noise when you unlock the doors and get in. It took 5 days to get it back. They told me it was fixed but the next day it was still making the grinding sound. I called to see about bringing it back in and they told me they couldn’t get in for a week and I said but you didn’t fix it right the first time and now I have to wait longer. And don’t even get me started about what it takes to get through to someone there I’m pretty sure I waited for well over 2 hours on hold. I’m considering taking it to a different dealership.
